Why this work matters
A serious injury can turn a life upside down. There are months of recovery, missed paychecks, medical bills, and pain that never shows up on a bill. When someone else’s carelessness caused it, our civil justice system gives you the right to hold them accountable, in front of a jury if it comes to that.
If that’s what brought you here, we’re sorry it happened. We would be honored to help.
An engineer’s eye for how crashes happen
Rich earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington in 1990. He went on to earn his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 1998.
That background is useful in injury work. Many cases turn on speed, vehicle damage, or a part that failed, and on expert reports that need a careful read.
