Talk to attorney Rich Martin

What happens when you contact us

  1. Tell us what happened. Call, fill out the form, or email us. A few sentences is enough.
  2. Rich looks at your case. You talk to attorney Rich Martin, not a call center. He’ll ask about the accident, your injuries, and the insurance.
  3. You get a straight answer. Rich will tell you honestly whether he can help, and what your next steps should be.
  4. You decide. The case review is free, and there’s no obligation. If you hire us, it’s No Win, No Fee.

What to have ready

Bring what you have. You don’t need all of it to call.

  • The date, time, and place of the accident
  • The police or collision report number
  • The other driver’s name and insurance company
  • Photos of the scene, the vehicles, and your injuries
  • The doctors, clinics, or hospitals that treated you
  • Any letters, emails, or claim numbers from insurance companies

If an insurance company calls you

You don’t have to give the other driver’s insurance company a recorded statement. It’s fine to say you’ll call them back after you talk to a lawyer. What you say early on can be used to pay you less later.

Please don’t send medical records, Social Security numbers, or bank details by email or through the form. We’ll ask for what we need after we talk.

Questions before you call

Does it cost anything to talk to you?

No. The case review is free, and there's no obligation. If you hire us, it's No Win, No Fee. You pay nothing up front. Our fee comes out of the money we win for you. If we don't win, you owe us nothing. Not even the case costs.

Who will I talk to?

Attorney Rich Martin. When you call our office, you talk to Rich, and he handles your case himself, from the first call to the end.

Which office should I call?

Either one. Call (425) 635-2000 for our Bellevue office or (425) 449-1005 for our Tacoma office. Both are open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.. We help people across King, Pierce, and Snohomish County.

How long do I have to file an injury claim in Washington?

In most Washington injury cases, you have three years from the date of the injury to file a lawsuit (RCW 4.16.080). Claims against a city, county, or the state have extra steps. You must file a claim form first and wait 60 days before you can sue (RCW 4.96.020, RCW 4.92.110). Don't wait. Evidence fades fast.

Do you speak Korean?

Yes. Rich speaks English and Korean.

Evidence doesn't wait
